Foodland Fried Chicken Skin, 1 Bag
Kewpie Mayo, to taste
Unagi Sauce, to taste
Furikake, to taste

- 1 pound of your favorite poke
- 1 bag of Foodland's Fried Chicken Skin
- Kewpie Mayo
- Unagi Sauce
- Furikake
- Optional: Green onions
Directions
- Place chicken skin on plate, leaving room in the center for poke.
- Place poke on top of the chicken skin, in the center.
- Drizzle unagi sauce and kewpie mayo over the poke and chicken skin.
- Optional: Torch mayo for a nice roasted flavor.
- Garnish with furikake and/or chopped green onions.
